Your host probably upgraded to PHP 7.2, did you check with them? What version of SMF do you have?

If you have access to the PHP versions you use you can try 7.1 or PHP 5.6.

Go to https://[your SMF location]/index.php?theme=1 and see what you get.

What does the error logs at the root of your SMF say not the one you see in Admin? Just before you started seeing these errors what did you do?

If nothing then without checking I can only suggest that...

This may be of help to you: repair settings (http://download.simplemachines.org/index.php?thanks;filename=repair_settings.php). Understanding where it goes and what it does: What is repair_settings.php? (http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Repair_settings.php)

Also, smf does not currently support pho 7.2
