I saw a reference to the "MidMetal" them in the post at http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=25654.0, but the only file that I found there is for the MidBlue them.

Well.. 57hotrodvw, as far as I know Midgard is not with us anymore (read it like: he has been banned)...
You should try to contact him via his page or try another theme like it.

This goes against the intentions of the author (Midgard). If he stoped distributing his themes, he certainly doesn't want other people to still distribute them without his authorization. Even if the themes were originally available free-of-charge.
