Hello. I have a problem trying to migrate my forum phpbb to smf.
First of all should know that it is my first smf forum, I work since 2006 with phpbb forums translating and supporting mods in his spanish site.
Now I want to start with SMF, I am creating a new site (joomla + smf) I need to migrate users and posts from my old forum phpbb to smf.
I downloaded the converter but I get this error:

The error that was received from the Database was: SELECT command denied to user 'my_db_user'@'10.2.1.18' for table 'phpbb_users'
*I have both forums on same hosting and same db server
Phpbb 3.0.11 on: santuarium.net/foro (migrated yesterday from another hosting)
SMF 2.0.4 on: santuarium.net/forums (fresh Install)

Assuming that the installation DOES exist, that suggests two things, to me.
Either the information you supplied (Username/password/database name) is wrong, or your host hasn't given you full CHOWN ownership of all the files on your site.
