Do I install all the default language files into theme/default/languages ? Thanks for the help!

Edited to add: Files or folders? Please be specific. I am a newbie at this. :(

to install a language into default theme you need to copy all language files into directory /Themes/default/languages/

so at the end you will have a lot of files named admin.english.php, admin.language1.php, admin.language2.php and so on for all the files form admin.xxx.php to wirelles.xxx.php

to install them into other theme you need also the specific images like buttons, topics, etc....

I'm vietnamese!
I using SMF for my forum, but Not support vietnamese, I write a file vietnamese languages myseft.
But I dont know: How to insert new language for my SMF. I did use SMF 1.1 RC3
Please! Help soon!
