In my admin area, i have this displayed

How do i update the version?
You are most likely using an Theme, so even if you updated you forum it doesn't update any themes beside the standard ones. If you don't encounter any problems: just ignore this until your theme gets updated or switch to another, more recent, Theme.
I'm not getting any problems with it, I guess ill just leave it, thanks for the help.
