Anyone recode this great message board to work with the edge portal? Located at http://edge.dev.box.sk ... If not can someone please look into it.. i would love to replace the board they have in there with this great one as long as it works with the user database and current user login of edge that would be the best... Thank you
What decent features, if any, does the Edge Portal have?
By the looks of it, you could achieve the same by editing your SMF theme,
and including some SSI functions.
See the problem with that is it would be a whole new user database.. i would like to use it with the existing database. Edge is kinda like a phpnuke or any of those style portals but it has a lot less restrictions and a lot more "open" code.. When i say open i mean it is easy to access the code and alter it to what you want without worrying about conflicts.
If someone could take a look at edge and see if it is possible and if it would be easy to portal this message board onto it that would be great.
