Title: Ajustar la hora

Como puedo hacer que la hora de mi foro sea la misma que la hora española?? Es que me pone las 4 de la mañana cuando son las 12 del mediodia

Admin Panel  --> Preferences and Settings --> and after here"Overall time offset" put + or - hours that u need
