Title: Visual Verification not Showing Up

I have been heavily modifying the 'babylon' mod. One issue I am having is that when a user goes to register the visual modification is required (good!), except that it does not produce an image. My understanding of this is that this page is produce by the default template which I have not touched. When I switch to another unmodified template it shows up fine, but I cannot see the image with my modified template...any ideas?

Does it show with a box and red cross? Or just nothing at all?

The input box and directions show up but not the image!

may i suggest using HarzeM's Advanced Visual Verification (http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=474)

I get the same problem with the Advanced Visualization. Also, if I switch the theme over to 'default' the image shows up fine....
