Set by date, time etc, it would swap themes. Example: night theme and day theme. I like the Blue theme for night and the xp theme for daytime.

I like it :) Only if it can be based on the member's current time, not that of the server.
Yeah, it would be nice, but doing it by member's current time would be a pain in the rear...
