Running on a Apache 1.3 server from Site 5, not working. Site is gamersonlyforum.com . I am not sure why it is not working, I have checked the box and all.

Your server configuration may be preventing SMF from correctly detecting it to use it even though its enabled.
If you want to override this you can search around for it. I have posted many times a way to bypass this.
