Hmm.. think the title pretty much explains it :D
I saw this on a site a while ago and thought it was a pretty good idea. TheBurglar then copied the idea from my site to his site (http://www.burglars.net/helpdesk/).
(My fellow admins on my site told me to take mine off because they're afraid people are going to post to get better colors...)
I believe this is easy and should definitely be a option in the theme settings.
