Hello! First Post. But lets get down to business.
I am using ApacheTriad 1.5.4, fresh install, on a laptop, just to test the forum for a friend. Unfortunately, i have no styles being streamed out to those who load the page. Just text and images are red-Xed out. Here is the linkage: http://24.86.92.151/smf. I had no problems at install, and the wierd thing is, when i view this forum from the laptop its hosted from, its fine. :-[
It is because you have the theme settings all set to localhost. Meaning you probably would be able to see it okay but your friend viewing it from an external computer would not.
Try running repair_settings.php replacing each occurrence of locahost with your ip address. What is repair_settings.php? (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=18096.0)
