Title: Backing up my DB

When I back up my database / forums, I get the following error:

Make sure you're clicking "download" right after clicking "Forum Maintenance".  If you access another page, it will fail.

hey i used to recieve the same error when i try to logoff ...well its fine now but what that happened :-\
