Well, I can provide Russian-based and translation support (in fact I already do it a little).
What is up to board moderation - I may recommend two persons. I see Qrat as the most correct person here and DTG as the most silent and understanding one.
But I don't know if they agree with me on this subject. :)

We have common forum rules here such as for example:
- We wish a friendly, positive, polite and respectful atmosphere in the forums.
- Don shout around (that means no subject texts entirely capitalized).
- Moderator decisions are binding - no public arguments after moderator action.
- ...
You are free to add more.
Don't be afraid of deleteing posts which do not belong here. Moderator decisions are binding and not to be argued in public. Case you have trolls not understanding this don't hesitate to delete offending posts. It is no solution to move such stuff into "chitchat" sub boards.
