Title: SMF 1.1.4 and Safari 3.0.3 session verification problems
Post by: toread on October 13, 2007, 05:50:25 PM
SMF Version: SMF 1.1.4
Hi,
while working on Camino web browser everything works fine, but when I'm trying to use my regular Safari 3.0.3 browser on my Mac I alway get Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again message. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, while trying to send this post from Safari I've seen this error message:

Your session timed out while posting. Please try to re-submit your message.

Well, some time ago i upgraded to 3.0 and since than I'm unable to test under 2.0. But maybe some other user can confirm problems with Safari 3.0? And since Leopard shipping on 26.X it may become bigger problem.

I wouldn't use Safari 3 because it is still in Beta.. that is why you are experiancing a lot of problems and there is no support for it at apple.

This may very well be the reason. I haven't seen other complaints about this though.
