As the title says, here in the community boards are no links for the next page. In a topic like this (clickie (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=142124.0)) where the link for page 2 is missing, navigating to that very page is only possible by using the address bar.
The next and previous links on the bottom of the page don't do that, the switch to the next thread in the current board.

The previous/next takes you to the previous/next topic in the board.
I see all the page links in that topic?

What url is in your address bar?
It would only look like that if you where on the last page.
But in SMF 2.0 (Which we run here) you can click on those ... and it will expand to show all the pages.
I just tested it with another browser (Safari) and on a test account that has regular permissions and it works fine.

I was on the first page, it's the URL of the posted link, and... I don't know you might have fixed it already... but seems to be fine now... but I just marked the text I had on that page and copied it (see second post).
But still, it's irritating with those next page links... anyway.
You should suggest this as a feature then in the proper boards.
