Title: Problem in ocPortal - Need Help!
Post by: aviramtal on December 10, 2004, 03:58:27 AM
Hi,
I downloaded the manual version of ocPortal, and uploaded it to my Tripod Lycos FTP.
I read the installation guide and I gave to the files and folders (that i need to) the 666 and 777 permissions.
Then I run the install.php file, and i got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: do_lang() in /data/members/free/tripod/.../ocPortal/install.php on line 36

what's the problem??  :-[

I'm afraid it would be better to ask questions such as this on ocPortal's support forum (http://forums.ocportal.com/).

Sounds like something wasn't uploaded properly, though.  Just a shot in the dark.

Hi,

I got those errors when trying to translate ocportal to another language.
That system gave me some problems and I give up translating after three go's.
Be sure to set the language to English when installing for the system and the admin account.

Greetings,
Abedie.
