Is it possible to add an arcade with Flash games to my SMF forum? How do I do it if it can be done? Newbie here.

Yes, it is possible. Just upload the Arcade mod from the Package Manager and you are done. If you are using a custom theme, you will have to do a small change to the index.template.php file of that theme in order for the Arcade button to show up
