Hey everyone :D
Just thought I'd write a post about life for me at the moment. Today, I went to go enrol for Uni. I'm now a university student at Swinburne University of Technology (http://swin.edu.au/) here in Melbourne, and am doing the
Bachelor of Science (Professional Software Development) (http://courses.swinburne.edu.au/Courses/ViewCourse.aspx?id=14734) course, which goes for three years.
So, let's see... My units for Semester 1 are:
- Algorithmic Problem Solving (http://courses.swinburne.edu.au/Subjects/ViewSubject.aspx?mi=300&id=4756)
- Computer and Logic Essentials (http://courses.swinburne.edu.au/Subjects/ViewSubject.aspx?mi=300&id=4758)
- Enterprise Technologies and Architectures (http://courses.swinburne.edu.au/Subjects/ViewSubject.aspx?mi=300&id=5799)
- Database Analysis and Design (http://courses.swinburne.edu.au/Subjects/ViewSubject.aspx?mi=300&id=4760)
So yeah, this should be fun (apart from buying the textbooks... they're quite expensive :o). Classes start on the 25th February. Until then, I'll try to work more on SMF mods and such :D
Well, I'd write more, but I'm not exactly sure what to write. So talk to you guys later :D
All I can say is, enjoy it.
Time at university flies by in an instant.
It depends on how well you're doing and bogged down with coursework you are(n't) :P
I really need to try again for Uni.
Have fun anyways Dan.
The Computer and Logic Essentials sounds interesting , I wish they had that good a choice of computer related course's around my area.
