What is your forum language set to librus? Does the default theme have similar problems?

i use english language in my forum...

It's not BRv2 theme that's your problem -- language strings??..

Run the Repair_Boards.php tool, it  may help ??

where can i get "Repair_Boards.php" file?
what do you mean language strings?can give an example?sorry i dont understand....

If your language is set to english-utf8, change it to english (without utf8) and see if that helps.

Did you change it to english only? Go to Admin->Server Settings and verify that the forum language is english and not english-utf8.
