You could install the global headers and footers mod, and then insert your code into the header, and it will show at the top of every page.
i don't want on the top of every page, i just want the info to appear on the top of the board, not all the pages!!!

that's only working for the default theme, if i want to edit any other theme what should i do? i tried this on another theme its not working the same.
Yeah cause most themes are coded differently. So they call different things in the scripts. Thats why you are having this problem.
What theme are you using? Since this is a simple editing job, we can do it here. Otherwise, we usually advise that you post in the theme's topic for more support on it.
