Title: Is there a Way to add a Php Page ?

Is there a way to add a new Php page, cause I play World of Warcraft, and I want an account creation page on my Forums, so like, how can I add a php page to my site and then also make a Navbar, directing towards it ? Please reply soon !!

but another problem :(, when i do "Go to Page" it takes me to the Forum :S
