Title: Removing the theme logo

hello,
i downloaded and installed a v 1.1.4 theme. i want to know how to remove the logo on it and replace it with my forum logo..

please  help. i am new..

Every theme is different. I think it would help us if you told us which theme you downloaded.
With the little information provided, all I can say is you will have to find something usually named logo.jpg or logo.gif in the index.template.php of that theme. (/Themes/<themeName>)

Again depending on your theme you may also be able to change the logo by -
Admin > Current Theme > logo

Looking at your site it appears you don't have the logo there, but you haven't included your own.  Were you able to define one via the Theme Settings?

You might want to try the DilberMC theme comment/support thread for specific help.  But the following logo is linked still.  Now I'm not sure if it's hard coded into the template code (index.template.php) or the logo defined in the Default theme area isn't correct.  But look at both those areas to check if it's not defined there.
