In the Moderation Center -> Warning log the link to show the notice sent to the member is a magnifying glass image. This is great as it is stands out and is easy to see.
However when clicking Issue a warning in a member's profile the Previous Warnings only shows a ! to see the notice message. The ! is small enough that you almost miss it. For consistency it would be good to replace that with the magnifying glass image.
