Print Page - Print Entire Thread

I have done a search and not found anything about this...

Would it be possible to print an entire thread....let's say there is a post that is 10 pages long...right now I have to navigate to each page and then print...I am wanting to know if there is something that will automatically print the entire 10 pages (formatting would be even nicer.

I think by default it's always prints the whole thread/topic. Check this one for example:
- Thread: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=226953.0
- Print view: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=printpage;topic=226953.0

You need to click that "Print" button to get the print view...
