Hi dears,

The Custom Footer must be built in featue of SMF ie Administrator can put copyright act in the footer of the page.

There should be place in bottom of the page so that additional links to the custom pages such as TOC TOU be placed.

There is a custom header/footers mod.

if you have used then you will find that
It changes the Forum Head below the user menu.

It is quite trivial to just edit index.template.php with a text editor! :)
