Isn't that an old version of vBulletin? Or the new one?

It's the new version. I submitted a conversion request a couple of days ago so I'm sure at this point it's just a matter of time :)

Timeline isn't available, you can always check the status of any converters status via this page:

You can even add you name to the list.

From my tests, I was able to get it to work with the 3.6 converter just fine.
There is a few minor bbc issues I was working on correcting though for it.
