Title: Where has /Sources/ModSettings.php gone?

Where has /Sources/ModSettings.php in v2.0 b3.1?  Has it been incorporated into another file?  If so, which file has it become or renamed to?

Not its slightly different than in smf 1.1.x

And if adding a tab for example, there is a slightly bit more work to do.
