What's This?
This will replace the '>' and it will turn into an image in the boards. And as you can see below, the first image shows you what it would look like before the modification has been installed, and the second image shows what the ">" will look like.
Now with 20 images.zip gallary added!
Compatibility?
What SMF Versions will this Modification work on?
1.1.x = YES
2.x = NO

A few pictures would be nice
You mean like a little gallery?
Cool mod. :)
Just FYI the "> sign" is called the linktree.
You need to add a screen shot to your mod site listing.
I have..just look at the mod page.
Besides, I don't know how to add the image screenshot under the download.
Upload your picture to a hosting service like ImageShack.US and then put that URL inside of IMG BBCode tags on your modification page.
Please note that my earlier comments in this topic were posted before I achieved semi-team status and do not represent any official SMF viewpoint on your mod.
Semi-officially, I'm pretty sure your mod must have made it to "Latest Mods" even if only fleetingly. I imagine there are some days where several or more mods are approved, so perhaps your Andy Warhol 15 minutes of fame may have been exactly just 15 minutes. :)
I'm sure some of my mods have glossed the list for only 15 minutes too.
Still no clues as to what this mysterious replacement image is?
This will replace the ">" sign in your board.
i.e: When you access a board usually it will say Your Forum > Board Name. The ">" will be replaced by an image which is inside the package.
Whats not to get.

mmm, download the package, extract it and you will see what the image is. It is a little blue square with a arrow in it.
Regards,
Mathew
Can we see this mysterious image that replaces the ">" sign?
It could be an image of a dick for all we know.

*Look at the first post, it explains more aka I edited it
Here's what I did with it using my own image. See the little purple butterfles?

Yea, you can create your own images and just replace them with nav.gif in the /images folder :)
Quite so. As can also be done with any other image by just replacing the original with one of the same name. The gallery thing would be cool. You may also want to consider an option for uploading or linking to your own image or just adding your own to the gallery. Easy for me to say I know, I don't have to do the work :)
However, it takes a few seconds to place your own anyway.
Cool simple mod,
Thanks
Thank you so much Tiribulis for your greatful comments and suggestion :)
I will take your advise on the gallery, I have more time on my hands now, I'll have 20 images ready by end of next 3 days :)
No problem boss. It feels good to be appreciated.
Alright! I've added 20 images.zip into the file section aka over her -> http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1430 Go ahead and look at them! Hopefuly it's enhanced the Modification's layout!
A couple things.
Some may be a bit big requiring people to size them down and some are jpg, bmp or png files which won't display with the current code even if renamed. Also jpg and bmp files don't support transparency.
Not tryin to be a joykill buddy, but I'd be remiss if I didn't point these things out :)
Oh, I know all that, I don't think that it's much of a bother, the modification itself is what it is...this is just an addon, besides, when you upload...you can rename it to .gif format.

I didn't think of that. You're saying that as long as it's an image file and the filename matches it'll display even if the extension is wrong for the file format? Shows ya what I know.
Edit: No kiddin. I just renamed on the jpg's with the gif extension and Firefox displayed it. Never occurred to me.
Well there you go =] Good thing it worked!
A Gallery has also been added to the modification page. Check it out :)
