Title: Draft feature
Post by: RicochetPeter on February 01, 2005, 08:17:45 AM
Hi all,

I did a quick search and this has been asked for before, but no definite answers were given and it's also half a year back or so:

It would be nice to have a draft feature, so that people can save long posts they want to make f.e. overnight without having to use an external editor or something. This would be nice for forum posts as well as PMs.

Whatcha sayin'? ;)

IMO, people usually just post then and there - if they want to do a really long post but don't want to post it straight away, then I'd suggest they just save it in notepad or something - I just don't think it's a feature many people would use.

I can see this useful if you want to continue your work on the post at another machine some other time. Personally, if I needed something like this, I'd probably just PM me the post, adding at the top the URL of the topic I wanna post it in. :P
