Hi,

I have set up a private forum, and would like to know why people are requesting membership.

I would like to add the following field to the registration form

What is your connection to Costello Syndrome

I have limited minimal programming skills.

I have added the gender mod.

Your best option would be to use the Custom Profile Field mod. You can then add the field to the registration form, make it a required field, and set it so that only admins could view what was entered into that field.
