Title: Permissions for certain posts.

Ok how about this, permissions will allow to edit specified posts with the posts id (ex:142,156) instead of whole board.
It should allow to edit these posts even of its locked or sticky.

Would View Topic Permission (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=794) fit the bill?

No, actually see, the usergroup can edit the specified posts with there ids in permissions.

What i want is to allow a group to edit some posts only which are scattered around the boards.
