Hi there,
I am new to SMF and I was keen to have an email notify where someone has replied to your post (and the customer can turn it off if they want too), but I can't find this in the settings, nor in the mods.
Any help would be really appreciated!
Cheers,

Profile -> Notifications and Email
Everyone can make this a default for themselves through
Profile -> Notifications and Email -> Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.
OR select to receive notifications per thread, by clicking "Notify" in the thread they want to follow up on :)

Stealing my thunder.... :P
You hadn't posted yet when I started to write my reply :D
Oh, well, then you're excused :P
Man - what an awesome speed of reply!
What I am trying to do is that in the event that someone replies to a post that I have made, then it automatically sends out a notification.
And that for my forum, I want it to be on by default.

For yourself you can turn it on following the advice we both gave you, through your profile.

Sorry to say, I'm not sure if there is a way to make this a default setting for everyone...
You could possibly change this setting through the database for every existing user, but then new members would still have to do it theirselves I think...
There is a way to do it by default. Give me a couple minutes and I'll find it :P
