Is this a problem that Subs-Package.php and Recent.template.php are not ver 1.1.9?

And how does one upgrade these?

I have attached a screen shot. Thanks!!

I have similar thing on my forum too...
Think that it's quite normal, couse some files are not supposed to be upgraded, so we have old files....
