Please consider that questions related to mods receive generally better answers if asked at each mod support thread, which can be found here (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=59.0).
For example: Ban Link in Post (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=316394.0).

Are you using the SMF default theme?

Custom themes have to be edited, manually, to show many of the mods.

Details can be seen on the mod's pages, top-right.

I better advice you to go on a free hosting to test as afterall you will be using a main web host in order to run your site instead of WAMP unless your computer is a real server.

Hi nani_nisha06, did you get your mods to work?
The most common reasons for missing options in AdminCP is that you are either using a different language, or a different theme than the mod was made for.

In these cases you can find the Manual install instructions from the mod's download page,
that will show you exactly what the install does - and you can do the same for your custom language files, and theme files. :)
