Title: new installation issue ... please help !!!

hi

i've just installed smf 1.1.9 freshly on http://centrumps3.prv.pl/forum/index.php (http://centrumps3.prv.pl/forum/index.php)
and get "Unable to load the main_above sub template!" message.
What shall i do ?

How did you install SMF? That issue appears to be an incomplete index.template.php file.

i've uploaded all the files to my server using total commander , then succesfully installed through web interface. can't do anything since. i just get that annoying message

OK, using total commander, can you connect to your site and download and attach /forums/Themes/default/index.template.php to a reply post (under Additional Options)?

OK...issue doesn't seem to be the index.template.php file. When I remove the /forum/index.php from the URL you provided, I get a 403 error...wonder if that's somehow related?

Replace all files at ./Themes/default/ with fresh sets from an install / large upgrade package.

Try to upload the default theme again, by downloading either the install or large upgrade packages and only upload the Themes/default folder and it's contents.
