Why can't I upload attachments on these forums?

People abused it, posted pornography, etc... so, we had to disallow it.

Charter Members are still allowed to post attachments ;). And team members.

Oh, OK. I was just wondering, because I tried to attach and upload a theme file that a guy packed completely wrong and I had to just use my server to host it.

How about if I want release mod or theme in here? Should I place that file some other server and put link to it or contact I some team member or what?
This question just pop-up in my mind ;)
Use the mod board, you can ulpload mods and themes there.
Why can't I modify own messages on these forums? :P
