How do I ask support questions the smart way? (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=494.0)

Did you upload the radio hosting file into your packages and attempted to install it? You have to make sure that radio hosting file is for SMF, if not, you will have to create a separate directory such as website.com/radio.

Does any other part of your forum work, or just your packages screen?

Have you tried using the default theme? or possibly using a custom theme to make sure it isnt a theme problem?

Using FTP, go to your attachments directory and try and delete the radio file.
How do I use FTP? / What is FTP? (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=480.0)

The attachments and Avatars should be two separate directories.

Select your radio file, and press the delete button on your keyboard. Make sure it is just the radio file. :) Dont want to delete anything important.

Run your FTP client, such as Filezilla. Enter your FTP login info. You have to as your host for details about that if you don't know it.

While typing this, I just realized how stupid I am, I was telling you the wrong path.

Go into your SMF directory, then click on your "PACKAGES" directory, NOT your attachments. Then select the radio package there. Then press delete.

My dearest apologizes about a few posts ago. :(

Yes. Please note, your username and password might be different from your normal login for your SMF login.

Edit: I'm going to bed now, if you require anymore assistance with this issue, I'm sure another person will come and help, if not, I will be back tomorrow night to check up on this topic.

Try using FileZilla. Might need to talk to TMD support for more info.
