I installed this mod.

It is taking the guests to topic level and stopping access.

Is there any mod that shows the restricted forums ONLY ON forum index? NOT AFTER index page?

Been searching the mod section but no use.

You mean not even let them into the boards, but only to see them?

Try "View Only Boards" mod.
