Hi
I Need To Now How To Make A Less Permission For Some Admins
Ex: I Don't Want Admin N1 To Upload Mods Or Themes
Or Not Allowing Him TO Enter Maintenace Things ?

You can't really restrict permissions from admins. You can make another user group that has all permissions except the ones you don't want the user to be able to do.

Add a membergroup and assign it the permission group Maintenance
