Using 2.0 RC 2 and want to delete two boards and copy all topics from them to already existing board. how to do that . seniors please help

Go to Admin > Maintenance > Forum Maintenance... > Topics

On the bottom it says "Move topics from" chose a board, and then a board to move to.

Click move now, then delete the board.
