Title: How to remove the "Logged" on the posts
Post by: Sirius OCTeam on January 20, 2010, 07:00:52 AM
Hello,

I want to to hide from the guests the "Logged" and the little icon for the IP on the posts.

Because I think, this is not really useful for the guests to see that, and it broke the keywords efficiency for the posts themselves.

How can I do that ?

Is there an option in the admin, couldn't find something like that...

Thanks a lot.

As far as I know, there is no way to do it through the Admin Center. You would have to manually modify some files or use a mod. There is a mod that already does this (Remove "Logged" and IP Image (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1532)), but it hasn't been updated for 2.0. You could bug the author to do so. :)
