Title: Board post count isnt showing

hello, just recently there was about 3 seconds of downtime at my forum. after it came back, the board post coutn was gone, however all the topics and posts are still there.

Try going to Admin>Forum Maintenance and "Recount all forum totals and statistics".


It might help to "Find and repair any errors", too.

Im running on SMF 2.0 RC3, Ive tried that but unfourtunately it didnt it work. Im not real sure what to do for this one :L

I'm wondering about the downtime.


Maybe something weird happened with the server.


Just in case, it might be worth mentioning it to your host.


Before that, though, maybe going to your site's CPanel and repairing the database would help, with this.

I unfourtunately didnt backup and my friends hosting it D:
My friend says the databases are perfectly fine.

EDIT: the error was about a theme

So everything's OK, if you use the default theme?

Stupid question - if you post now, does it change the post count? I remember importing a database and when I did all the post counts were zero but as soon as posts started coming in they went back to the proper numbers.
