you cant "upgrade" from 2.0 RC3 to 1.1.anything. even if you work hard to do it, it is very hard and not recommended.

As you were told, in your other thread...

The only way, is to restore a backup of your v1.1.12 forum and database.

No backup?

Then, it ain't gonna happen.

Talking back up backup, where can I obtain phpBB so I can convert to it before coming to  1.1.12 again and that way I don't loose a single post and member. Thanks

no one said you could convert to yabb se then back to smf for what you are trying to do, i have seen people mention phpbb can do it. http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=133.0 would be your best place for help at this point.

Nice topic hijack. I put in a request for a split.

Why do you want to move from 2.0 to 1.1 anyway?

You can switch from 2.0 directly to 1.1, but it's not exactly fun or easy since it requires a lot of manual re-naming of things and other database edits. Definitely not recommended unless you're an expert. Routing through a different software will cause some data loss.
