Friends Today i have just install ultimate profile mods and what i saw after installing this mod is that i have been lost whole data of my forum including statics,my pms,posts,and all.Means What the user post today,the whole things are deleted.One new member that register today also losted.Even i make a new post today that was also lost.Means todayys whole day activity is lossed.So is there any way to get this back.Why is it happpens is there any bug in smf 4.
All members complaint me what happens,now what did i answer them.
It is toattally destructive for me :-[ :-[
i have installed the mod without ANY issue.
it looks like your database had an error, do you have a backup of it?
did you try uninstalling the mod?
always, before installing ANY mod, backup database + files.
i dont backup database before it,i think its normal.I have uninstall it but no effect.I lose all activity of todays is there any way to recover database

If there isnt a backup from either your or your host, there is nothing to recover.

there is backup on the server.See today one member join our forum but after installing mod he & his post are deleted.
One post that i make today morning also deleted.Now when i goto phpmyadmin and there also in table smf_members,no name of that new member is present.So i think it cant be recovered.Also there is a backup made in package folder so how can i use that
the backup from that folder is actually for the files, not the database.
and u need the database backup to recover posts etc.

I use that add on too and that should not delete any data in the database. Have you tried to contact the add on coder and ask if they can look in more details into this?
Your host has a copy of your back up but they may charge you a small fee for it also i joined your site and every thing looks ok you also show posts for today so not sure why your saying there gone ?

click on your site page to make it active then push F5 and see how that goes.
i confirm i see deep infact i see everything just as i should you must have a browser issue.

It is a very unique problem.I am still not able to see actual forum through my lapi,but i can see different forum on my mobile.& When i open phpmyadmin i am seeing 4 days older database.If this then how can i see latest forum in my mobile.Two database on same database.Now i agree with wtfgfrofl that there is a ghost in our forum.
Log into your file manager via FTP, go to "cache" folder, delete everything in there except index.php and .htaccess
See what happens?

Did you switch hosts recently? Or did your host have you migrated to another server of theirs? It looks to me as a DNS issue.
From your PC:
- Go to RUN
- Type "ping www.yoursite.com -t"
- Save the IP it pings to somewhere.
Go to ping.eu
- Click on Ping.
- Type the website name.
- Tally the IP outcome with the one from RUN.
are they same? are they different?
Do you see the same via a proxy?

If the website is shown differently to different users, I can say it is a DNS issue. You might really want to ask your host about it.

FLAMER bro was rite its dns issue and now its resolved i think hehe.I drop my database and then import new updated database.now its working rite in all systems.
