Hundreds of users and lots of boards names are broken. My forum is on ISO 8859 1 and I use special characters like à á é , etc
So all the users and board with special character are broken from there

For example board: Como usar este fórum
Now is: Como usar este f

User: António
Now is: Ant

I received some emails from users complaining that they can not log in, but do not know if there is a relationship with it.
One week ago, I tried to convert the forum to UTF-8 because I can not use special characters with the bar Wibiya. But it was not possible to complete the process because it gave error. It's related? How can I fix this?

Did this happen after you upgraded to 2.0 RC4 using the smf_2-0-rc4_update package?

It was a special character malfunction for sure.

I would assume you need to edit everything by hand, yes...
