Hi. I need modify the header of my forum but i cant !!

Have you asked in the support topic for that theme? Not sure which one it is or if you merely used some sort of image editing software to create your THIS/TO THIS things. In any case, the index.template.php file for the theme you depicted is what you'll need to edit.
