Title: SMF and Wiki bridge?
Post by: Goss on January 31, 2011, 04:27:04 PM
I'm interested in getting a wiki set up to be integrated with my SMF 2.0 RC4 forum.  I first was working with mediawiki and this bridge (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=221622.0), but I've had no luck getting it working properly and have had some really strange errors.  So, I'm trying to figure out if I have any other options.  I've poked around a bit, but I've only seen some bridges that seem to only be compatible with SMF 1.1.x.

Are there any other wikis out there that have a working, or even WIP bridge for SMF 2.0?  Or even an alternative bridge for mediawiki I can try out?

Well, we have a bridge to mediawiki in use here....   But it will not be distributed for some time

That is too bad because I have 4 wiki users and 4000 SMF users. Putting them both together (or canning the wiki login for an SMF one) is a no brainer for me. Wordpress is the same way, 10 users vs SMF 4000. Would be nice to have all three play nice together so I can stop having 4 different sub domains and 3 separate logins...
Thanks for all the SMF Team does.
