If a user has selected to most recent posts at the top (in topics) and admin has also enabled this mod through
Administration Center > Modification Settings > Miscellaneous
then user will be able to see Quick reply box on the top.

Hiya all.
I am entrusted with this mod now but I haven't have time to look into it deeply yet. I also believe that my brother Joker is a better coder than I am. I will try to do my best in handling this mod.
I like this mod as it is similar with my mod QRR: Quick Reply Reposition (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3891). QRR put quick reply box immediately at the end of the last post and imitates the post itself by having a poster area column showing user name and avatar.
This mod however simply move the quick reply box to the top and while the box remain separated from the first post. I might adjust this so that it won't be separated like what I did in QRR mod.
