IMDb BBC adds a powerful BBC wich allows you to search through the IMDb's database. It's very simple to use. For example, if you want to search the database for movie called "Shrek" then it will look like this:
[imdb]Shrek[/imdb] This mod uses the integration hooks, so it won't make any changes to SMF's core files.

This mod works on SMF 2.0 RC5 without any problems.
Can you explain IMDb ? What does it stand for? What is it?
I'm guessing this mod creates a link in a post to a search based upon what is between the BBC tags? ie. a list of topics with that search criteria. But I could be way off...

Hm. That's peculiar. I restored the old version, just stick with it. Nothing's changed in the Wki mod so you don't need to update it.

I like the mod. I only see one thing that I would request being changed. When you are looking up Movies, in a lot of cases they have been remade several times or it returns results that do not even pertain to that movie. Example Movie: The Pirate. This is the result it returns on the link

Is there any way to narrow this down? I tried The Pirate 1948 but it gave the same results. Just trying to get the kinks worked out before we go live with it :). Thanks.

Have you tried refreshing your browser and deleting your browser's temp files?
Did you install it for all your themes?

sorry disregard my last post it was for another mod
the problem with this mod is it installs ok witht no errors but there's no imdb bbcode button on the new post page and even just using for example [imdb]Shrek[/imdb] in a post doesn't work as intended

Default theme no others
This mod should work regardless of the theme you are using. Also, the probability of conflict with some other mod is pretty much nonexistent, since it uses integration hooks, but then again, it could happen. If it's working fine on Steve's forum and you don't have some other mod that is interfering, I honestly don't know how to help you.
